Happy New Year everyone!
Hope you all had a fabulous holiday season!
This year was a lot more busy at home as my parents normally go to Arizona (Yuma) for the winter and they decided for health reasons to stay home this year. Which means more cooking and more eating that tranclates to more calories!
It is the more calories that is the only thing I don't like:) 12 months of hard work down the drain in just a few weeks!
Anyways today I am back on track and will have to focus on just getting back to the pre Christmas size before I focus on the next stage Lol!
Lets see if this is the year I can actually stay committed.
